Designing

Brand Identity Portfolio

A showcase of brand identity systems built across very different categories — logistics, agriculture, technology, and athletics — proof that the same design process holds up regardless of industry.

Project Overview

How we got there.

01 The Challenge

Four different clients, four different categories, four completely different audiences — a nationwide fuel and logistics network, a farm-to-table food brand, a technology brand, and an athletic apparel label. Each needed an identity that felt native to its category without a generic, one-size-fits-all design system underneath it.

02 Research

For each brand, we separately audited category conventions and competitor identities — what “looks right” in logistics reads as generic in athletics, and what feels premium in food branding can feel cold in technology. Each brief started from zero.

03 Strategy

Apply the same disciplined process — positioning first, then a visual system built specifically for that category's conventions and its audience's expectations — rather than reusing a house style across unrelated briefs.

04 Design Process

Modern Stations Nationwide needed a confident, high-visibility mark built for signage at highway speed. FarmFresh needed warmth and appetite. ngen. needed a sharp, modern technology mark. Athletic needed energy and motion. Each system — color, typography, iconography — was built from that category's specific requirements.

05 Development

Every identity was delivered as a full system — logo lockups, defined color palettes, typography specimens, and application guidelines — ready for each client's team to apply consistently across packaging, digital, and print without Webroller in the room.

06 Marketing

These identities now show up everywhere each brand operates — from FarmFresh's app icon to Modern Stations' nationwide signage to social content built on each brand's own visual system, including sticker and social card design extending the identity into everyday content.

Results

The outcome.

Four brands now each hold a distinct, category-appropriate identity built from the same rigorous process — proof that a consistent design methodology produces different-looking, category-correct outcomes rather than a repeated house style.
