Our Story

Luxury Hidden in Nature.

How a quiet field near Pattaya became a home for fireflies — and the promises we keep to protect it.

Firefly Park

A Sanctuary Minutes From the City

Firefly Park sits on 288 Tambon Na Chom Thian — lotus ponds, mature trees, open lawns and quiet paths, just outside Pattaya.

We started with a simple idea: if we protect the land, the fireflies will come back. We stopped using pesticides, kept the pond edges dark and replanted native shrubs. Today the park welcomes campers, families and travellers who come for the farm, the food, the spa — and stay for the glow.

Protecting the Glow

Fireflies only live where water is clean, nights are dark and plants are wild. Everything we do is measured against that.

Chemical-free land

No pesticides or herbicides anywhere in the park. Our farm uses compost, rotation and natural pest control.

Dark-sky lighting

Warm, low, shielded lights near the wetlands, and red torches on the firefly walk so their signals aren't drowned out.

Community first

Local staff, local farmers and a community enterprise that makes our products and shares the profits.

A Holiday That Treads Lightly

From solar hot water to bikes instead of buggies, we design every stay to leave a smaller footprint.

  • Solar panels power the camping area and hot showers
  • Bicycles and walking paths — no motor buggies inside the park
  • Zero single-use plastic: refill stations, glass and banana-leaf packaging
  • Kitchen waste composted back into the farm
  • Rainwater harvesting for the gardens
  • Native tree planting with every package — ask the bee how many we've planted
